PERINATAL SUPPORT GROUP:
Navigating ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood
The journey into parenthood can be filled with moments of joy, love, and wonder but it can also bring anxiety, loneliness, grief, self-doubt, and profound identity shifts.
This group offers a warm, judgment-free space where both the beauty and the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum are welcome. Through shared stories, gentle reflection, creative activities, practical coping tools, and perinatal mental health education, participants will build self-compassion, resilience, and meaningful connection with others navigating a similar season of life.
