Midweek Mindfulness

Midweek Mindfulness serves as a nervous system check-in for parents each Wednesday morning. Parenting young children is a nonstop job. This virtual group offers a gentle pause in the middle of the week to reconnect with yourself and your values.

Life with young children is often overwhelming. Between the constant needs, the noise, the schedules, and the mental load, many parents move through the week without a moment to breathe or reconnect with themselves.

This group blends brief psychoeducation on mindfulness with extended, trauma-informed mindfulness practices designed to help you slow down, settle your body, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Rather than focusing on doing mindfulness “correctly,” we’ll explore how mindfulness can become a supportive and low-pressure self-care practice.

Practices are gentle and adaptable, making them approachable even if you’ve never tried mindfulness before. Over time, participants may find they develop greater calm, clarity, and compassion for themselves in the midst of parenting’s demands.

This group also provides connection with other parents who are searching for a more grounded way to move through a chaotic world.
