Occupational Therapist

I earned a B.S Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. As an occupational therapist, I help others live a more meaningful life by facilitating their ability to engage in all necessary and desired activities of day to day living. Therapy includes taking time getting to know my clients, seeking to understand their personal strengths, challenges, needs, and aspirations. We work collaboratively to develop purposeful goals and effective solutions; building upon skills to achieve holistic health, happiness, and success.

Some therapeutic approaches I take include working on life skills, sensory integration, motor development, primitive reflex integration, rhythmic movement training, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, neurofeedback, mindfulness, self-regulation techniques, and play therapy. I work with people of all abilities ages 3 and up. Another great feature is that my services are provided in the comfort of client's homes and communities, as I provide "mobile outpatient" services. I would love to talk more about how we can co-create a beautiful life for you and your family.

Marriage & Family Therapy Candidate

I have been serving families in the Fort Collins area for 10 years, first as a childbirth educator and doula, and now as a marriage and family therapist. I have a masters degree in marriage and family therapy from Colorado State University and am also working towards my doctoral degree in applied developmental science. I am passionate about supporting families from their earliest moments from a whole-family perspective. This means addressing the unique needs of each parent and the family as a whole. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy and specialize in prenatal and postpartum support for all parents. I approach therapy from a strengths-based and attachment perspective and regularly use mindfulness and narrative techniques.

Becoming a parent is a transformational life experience, and one which can also bring many challenging and unique stressors - changes in relationships, identity, social roles, schedules, family systems, and more. I affirm and validate all the ups and downs of the process, and I support expecting and new parents in identifying healthy ways to meet challenges. I also support emerging parents in developing their sense of self as parents and navigating changing roles within their couple relationships and their family of origin. Parenting paths are as unique as the people who take them, but it does not need to be a lonely path. I'm here to support your journey.

Licensed Professional Counselor

I received my masters degree in clinical counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in 2014. As a licensed professional counselor, I work primarily with children and caregivers. I am a trained play therapist and also provide neurofeedback as a supplemental modality. I have worked with children in many settings for 15 years and have truly found my passion as a play therapist.

My experience has focused largely around childhood trauma and providing parenting support and education. For the past 5 years I have facilitated a parenting class focusing on children with trauma. Through this experience I realized how integral and powerful the work we do with caregivers can be for the children we are supporting. I look forward to being a part of the journey toward healing for children and families.

Licensed Professional Counselor

I received my Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. For the past 7 years, I've worked primarily with survivors of trauma including sexual assault, intimare partner abuse and birth trauma. During this time, I was lucky enough to get additional trainings on working with things like postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility, miscarriage and neo-natal loss. I also have advanced training in a type of therapy called EMDR that helps with reprocessing traumatic memories and use this regularly with the people I work with.

I believe that everyone has an amazing potential for resilience and growth and I'm honored to work with people as they rewrite their stories. I especially value social justice in my work and empowering individuals whose voices may not often be heard including working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and disability community.

Grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum, our ever evolving identity, and the traumatic events we endure are areas that I care for deeply. Living in our typical, comfortable conversations, can be isolating and lonely and its my mission to deeply hear and see those individuals, couples or families.

Marriage and Family Therapist

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for facilitating growth and healing in relationships, whether that be a couple, a parent and their child, whole families, or even an individual’s relationship with themselves. I work from a systemic lens, holding all the different relationships and systems a client is a part of as important players in both the challenges they are facing, as well as the solutions that can be accessed. As a therapist, I have worked in both agency settings and in private practice.

My primary clinical areas of interest are couples work, parenting support, prenatal, postpartum, and maternal mental health. I love supporting parents to find new successful ways of managing the changes that come with the ever-evolving family unit. I use a solution-focused approach to provide immediate, tangible solutions for folks seeking support while also making space for the emotional processing and emotional needs that come with the changes from postpartum, prenatal, and maternal experiences, parenting challenges, and relationship needs. Registered Dietitian

I help mothers raising young children prioritize nutrition and other actions that
support their mental health. When it comes to coping with stress, most of us
know eating well, hydrating, exercising, and other habits can help us feel
better. However, it’s difficult to prioritize these due to daily stressors, demands
of parenting, conflicting nutrition information, lack of support for parents, and
so much more.

In our partnership, my role will be to provide a safe, supportive, and
collaborative space for you to explore what foods and habits make you feel
whole and happy. It would be an honor to guide you on your journey through
motherhood and empower you to care for yourself as well as you care for your
