THE ART OF GRIEF:
Navigating life after loss and life transitions
This art and mindfulness group offers a gentle, supportive space to pause in a world that rarely slows down. Through creative practices and guided reflection, participants are invited to explore a range of life experiences: such as divorce, the loss of a pet, changes in friendships, job transitions, or other forms of loss and reconnect with their sense of self.
Art-making provides a safe way to express emotions and uncover what may have been hidden or suppressed, without relying on words alone. Mindfulness practices support self-compassion, emotional regulation, and attunement to internal experiences. Together, these approaches create space to process life’s changes, cultivate presence, and nurture connection to oneself.
